The 2016 AVFD Rescue Run

The team at Arium does more than just work hard in the studio; they work and play hard out of the studio, too.  A small group that has been taking “walk breaks” together for over a year now, decided to take it a step further and sign up for a 5K.

The Arundel Volunteer Fire Department in Davidsonville, Maryland has a 5K/10K Rescue Run every October that acts as a fundraiser to help pay for new equipment and apparatus for the station. In addition to the group that decided to run in the event, Arium AE was a corporate sponsor.

It may have been a cold and rainy morning, but Arium AE had a good showing. We had a total of 4 runners in the field, the youngest being Stephanie’s son, who placed 6th overall and 3rd in his age group.
