Supreme Core Cider
Arium has enjoyed helping numerous start-up breweries in the past couple years throughout the Baltimore-Washington metro area. Establishments like Manor Hill Brewery, Oliver Brewing Company, Hysteria Brewing Company, and Capitol Cider House to name a few. Recently, Arium helped design Supreme Core Cider’s Taproom; Washington D.C.’s second Cidery production facility and tasting room.
The Washington Post released an article on Supreme Core Cider in September of 2017, and the Washington DC EATER posted an updated article on February 27th, 2018.
The facility is scheduled to open near the US National Arboretum in April 2018 (date pending). The 5,000-square-foot design features raw finishes, and utilizes an open concept bringing patrons up close and personal with the cider making process. Visitors will be able taste Supreme Core’s creations while sitting feet away from the cider making equipment.
