Arium is the proud sponsor of a First Lego League (FLL) Robotics Team. This program introduces children to various STEM related fields. In addition to engineering and computer programming the program develops a range of critical soft-skills such as: team work, communications and public speaking.

The team at Arium does more than just work hard in the studio; they work and play hard out of the studio, too. A small group that has been taking “walk breaks” together for over a year now, decided to take it a step further and sign up for a 5K.
In August of 2015, there was a meeting held at Arium’s office to discuss whether it would even be possible to design, permit, and build a new three story building for the CMIT North Public Charter school and have it open in 2 years by August of 2017. Thirteen months later, we are half way to that goal.
Arium is very excited that our 4th floor addition to Charleston Catholic High School has begun construction in Charleston, WV. The addition will provide a large multipurpose space to function as both a chapel and lecture hall as well as additional classroom space to the school’s math and science wing. Students will have access to every wing of the building during construction, and once complete, the addition will provide the school with a much needed right sized space to congregate.
Arium AE is seeking recent architecture graduates, with a professional degree. Our staff of 29 professionals is growing and seeking qualified candidates to add to our team of architects and engineers.
Arium AE has been invited to speak at the Brewers Association of Maryland (BAM) meeting on June 15th at Key Brewing Co. We are proud to be contributing to BAM’s Startup Assistance program by providing support and information to new up and coming breweries.

NAIOP Maryland presented their 2016 “Awards of Excellence” for innovation and achievement in regional commercial real estate at their bi-annual awards ceremony last week. We are very happy to announce Arium’s entry for Jailbreak Brewing Company won in the highly competitive category of “Best Tenant Fit-Out Flex.”
Another successful project with our long term client FRP Development Corp. This 85,000 square foot flex warehouse, located on the East side of Baltimore City, Maryland, was designed to meet Baltimore’s new Green Building Standards as a shell. The process of achieving LEED Silver equivalent with a building that does not yet have tenants can be challenging. Arium and FRP met the high standards and requirements by using a variety of creative solutions all while keeping the project under budget and on schedule. Arium is currently continuing to assist FRP as the space is quickly occupied with new tenants.
