Another successful project with our long term client FRP Development Corp. This 85,000 square foot flex warehouse, located on the East side of Baltimore City, Maryland, was designed to meet Baltimore’s new Green Building Standards as a shell. The process of achieving LEED Silver equivalent with a building that does not yet have tenants can be challenging.
