Law Office in Downtown DC

To maximize visual impact while maintaining a reasonable budget, upgraded glass walls, glass entry doors and wood floors were concentrated in visible and public areas of the suite.

Arium AE recently collaborated with Howe, Anderson & Steyer, to design their new law firm space in Washington, DC. Arium’s team provided the Architectural, Interiors & MEP designs for this former interior shell space.

The project is located in a Brookfield Office Properties’ boutique building in the heart of downtown DC, along Pennsylvania Ave. Arium worked closely with the tenant on a layout to meet all of their design needs. Finishes were selected to create a “light and bright” feel while maintaining a sophisticated modern appearance.

 The final results are stunning. Arium is pleased to have worked with Howe, Anderson & Steyer to create an office space that they “absolutely love and are quite satisfied with”.
