Cybersecurity Companies Turn To Maryland

“The Cyber Hub of the East Coast is Rising,” as stated by the Howard Hughes Corporation when referring to the revitalization of downtown Columbia, Maryland, and Tenable’s move to the hub (see page 32 of the Maryland Cybersecurity Buyer’s Guide 2021). Arium AE’s design team recently completed the new Tenable Headquarters, a 6-floor 150,000 SQ FT high-tech office space that takes full advantage of the work-live-play destination of the new Merriweather District. With unique collaborative and open workspaces and intentional variations in office architectural stylings, including a 2-story open community stair with a custom treelike feature, a common thread of branding and accents have been woven throughout to reinforce a sense of community. A stylish outdoor terrace overlooking Merriweather Post Pavilion provides a spectacular visual and audial experience.
